Automated testing
Hundreds of automated tests run before every real change -- including a CI check that the system's own internal documentation stays internally consistent, not just that the code compiles.
Real incident process
A written incident log, a rollback plan, and a disaster-recovery process with honestly-stated RTO/RPO -- including naming a real gap the moment we found one, not after it became a problem.
No invented content
The same rule we hold our own product to: if something isn't real yet, it's named as not-yet-real. No fabricated client counts, no invented case studies, no compliance badges we haven't earned.
Security practices
What's real today, named at the level of specificity that means something.
- Content Security Policy with a real per-request nonce on every page -- verified live, not just configured.
- Access control on every private surface (Basic Auth plus a pilot-token allowlist), tested for both the accept and reject case.
- A real, working OWASP Top 10 self-assessment -- including the categories we honestly mark not-yet-assessed, not silently skipped.
- This site sets zero tracking or advertising cookies -- verified, not asserted.
What we don't claim
No SOC 2, no ISO 27001, no enterprise compliance badge -- not yet, and we won't display one we haven't actually earned.
If a formal certification matters for your engagement, tell us -- we'll give you a straight answer on where we are, not a badge that implies more than is true.
