What we are

Are you a software house?

No. A software house sells development hours against a spec you bring them. We run every engagement through a structured process -- Validate, Design, Launch -- powered by our own internal AI Product Operating System, not a team billing hours.

Are you consultants?

Not in the traditional sense. Traditional strategy consulting stops at a slide deck. We validate, design, and build the real thing -- the output of Pack 1 is a strategic document, but Packs 2 and 3 produce a real, working product.

Are you a startup?

AnyAIdea is a founder-led AI Product Studio -- a real, operating business, not an early-stage product itself.

What makes you different?

Every engagement runs through the same real, structured 8-stage method (see /trust) and the same internal Engines (Decision Memory, Certification, Risk Intelligence) we use to build our own products -- not a fresh, unstructured process invented per client.

Do you sell your own internal system?

No. Our internal AI Product Operating System is the first proof of value for the method, not a product we sell. It's part of how we deliver your engagement faster, the same way AWS is Amazon's own infrastructure, not something separate from what Amazon sells.

Process

How does the process work?

Discover, Validate, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, Improve, Evidence -- the same eight real stages for every engagement, detailed on /trust. Which Pack you start with depends on how far your idea already is.

What's the timeline?

Pack 1 (AI Idea Validation) is 2-4 weeks. Pack 2 and Pack 3 timelines are confirmed in your specific proposal, based on real scope -- we don't quote a generic number before we know what you need.

What do I get?

A real deliverable per Pack: Pack 1 -- a strategic document (AI Product Blueprint). Pack 2 -- a complete project ready to build, fund, or launch. Pack 3 -- a working AI product ready for first users. See /pricing for the full include list per Pack.

What's needed from me?

Timely feedback, a single decision-maker point of contact, and any access/credentials/content only you can provide -- specified per engagement in the Statement of Work.

Who maintains the product after launch?

Pack 3 includes a 30-day post-delivery bug-fix window at no extra charge. Ongoing maintenance and new features beyond that live under the AI Product Growth Partner retainer or a new Statement of Work -- not included by default in a Pack-3-only engagement.

What happens on a discovery call?

A real conversation about your idea, stage, and budget -- not a scripted sales pitch. We'll tell you honestly which Pack fits, or if it's too early for any of them.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes, on request, before any sensitive detail needs to be shared -- see docs/legal/nda-template.md for the real template we use.

Investment

How much does it cost?

Pack 1: from €2,500-5,000. Pack 2: from €7,500-15,000. Pack 3: from €15,000-30,000+. AI Product Growth Partner: from €2,000-5,000/month. See /pricing for what's included in each.

Why not use freelancers?

A freelancer gets you individual skill, not a governed process -- if they leave or the engagement stalls, the reasoning behind earlier decisions often leaves with them. Our process keeps a real memory of every decision across the whole engagement.

Why not a traditional software house?

A software house typically starts from a spec you already wrote and sells hours toward building it. We run your idea through real validation and design first -- so the spec itself is tested before a line of product code exists.

Why not build it internally?

Hiring and ramping an internal team takes months and capital before a single feature ships, and rarely comes with a dedicated validation discipline. Our Packs compound -- nothing gets re-explained moving from one stage to the next.

Why not just use ChatGPT or another AI tool myself?

You genuinely can, for a first draft or a rough exploration -- and many founders should start there. What a prompt session doesn't give you: a real, structured validation process that catches a weak idea before you build it, an evaluation discipline that checks output quality rather than accepting the first answer, a persistent record of every decision and why it was made, and an actual deployed, working product at the end rather than a document. We use AI tools throughout our own process -- the value we add is the process and judgment around them, not a claim that AI itself is exclusive to us.

How do payments work?

Invoiced per the signed Statement of Work -- typically staged (e.g. on signature / at a milestone / on delivery) for fixed-scope Packs, or monthly in advance for the Growth Partner retainer. Full terms in the Master Service Agreement (docs/legal/).

Technology

Which AI models do you use?

A mix of leading models, selected per task rather than locked to a single vendor -- our own internal routing decides which model fits a given step, the same discipline we apply inside our own AI Product Operating System.

Are you dependent on one AI provider?

No -- by design. Our internal system is built to route across providers, so a single vendor's outage or pricing change doesn't stop your engagement.

What's your tech stack?

Confirmed per engagement based on what's right for your product -- we don't force every client onto one fixed stack. Our own internal tooling runs on Node.js, with a real, tested, zero-fabrication engineering discipline (see /trust).

How do you handle security and data?

Real Content Security Policy with per-request nonces, real access control, a real OWASP Top 10 self-assessment (including categories we honestly mark not-yet-assessed) -- see /trust for the full, current picture, including what we don't yet claim.

Availability

Where are you based, and who can you work with?

Grosseto, Italy -- working remotely with founders and companies globally.

What languages do you work in?

Italian and English today, live on this site. Spanish, French, and German are on the roadmap -- not built yet, and we won't claim support before it's real.

What support do you offer after launch?

A 30-day bug-fix window included in Pack 3, and ongoing product evolution under the AI Product Growth Partner retainer -- see /pricing.
